Elephant Foot Glacier, located on the Kronprins Christian Land peninsula in northeastern Greenland, is a striking piedmont glacier which flows into Romer Lake.
With a terminal lobe measuring 5.4 kilometres in width, the glacier forms a distinctive circular fan of ice as it spreads from a central outlet.
The glacier and lake are visible in this Copernicus Sentinel-2 image acquired on 16 July 2024.
